It doesn't take more than 30 years to enjoy the retro concept of I Wanna Be the Guy, and its cheeky song like the arcade games of the 1980s and 1990s, like Megaman. The protagonist himself, a sort of boy who aspires to become a superhero, is a replica of characters from the world of platform games that made history, just like Megaman, Super Mario, etc.
